New Video Tutorials for Visual3D and Sift

We’re thrilled to launch our official YouTube channel, which includes a brand-new series of video tutorials for Visual3D and Sift! In these videos, we provide clear, step-by-step guides to help users explore the powerful features of our software. Whether you’re new to biomechanics or an experienced user, these tutorials will help you get started and deepen your understanding of HAS-Motion’s applications.

Sift Tutorials

To kick things off, we’ve released four foundational tutorials for Sift:

  1. Load Signals into Sift and View Them – Learn how to seamlessly import signals into Sift and visualize your data with ease.
  2. Clean Your Data – Discover effective tools to filter and refine your data to prepare for analysis.
  3. Perform Principal Component Analysis (PCA) – Uncover trends and patterns in your data using PCA, explained in a straightforward, actionable way.
  4. Export Your Results – Understand the steps to efficiently export and share your analysis results.

These tutorials align with the written guides available on our documentation page, but now, you can watch and follow along for a more interactive experience.

Visual3D Tutorials

Similarly, you can also find videos for the first four tutorials in a typical Visual3D processing session. These videos start with building a 6-Degree-of-Freedom Model and work through processing your signals: 

  1. Building a 6 DOF Model – Follow a detailed walkthrough to create a six degrees of freedom biomechanical model of the lower body.
  2. Visualizing Data – Learn how to apply your model to movement trials and begin to visualize your data. 
  3. Command Pipeline – Automate repetitive workflows with the powerful command pipeline feature.
  4. Signal Processing – Explore robust signal processing tools to refine and analyze biomechanical data effectively.
