Software developers make software applications happen by designing, building, and maintaining systems that are meant to last for decades. They define product roadmaps and ensure we’re ready to solve tomorrow’s problems.
Key responsibilities include specifying new features and products for development, participating in the whole software development process from implementation to testing, and producing excellent customer-facing documentation.
Research scientists occupy a collaborative role, connecting user needs and unsolved problems with the software development process. They chase down answers to open questions and develop ideas from conception to release.
Key responsibilities include defining research questions, conducting basic research related to motion analysis techniques, and liaising with both engineers and developers to ensure we meet our users’ needs.
Every company needs to keep the wheels turning and the lights on. Operations is responsible for making sure that our users, partners, and resellers get the information they need when they need it.
Key responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, working with global procurement systems, and ensuring that everyone at the company has the support they need to excel.
Location
All of our roles are in-person here in Kingston, Ontario. Kingston is an old city with a vibrant feel. Close to nature, on the water, and with impressive amenities.
